i had a GTA: San Andreas profile running on the motorola mpx200 and it ran well.

i needed to restart the device, once i did all my contacts as well as the profile disappeared and the profile was replaced with the default one.

if anyone has experienced this and can help me retrieve my contacts it would be a great help.

Have you synced your Contacts with Outlook using ActiveSync ?

Or do you use Sprite Backup software ?

Unless you have another copy of them somewhere it looks like you have lost them. ;)

It sounds as if your phone has partially reset itself. Before you put your contacts etc back on I would recommend doing a full hard reset as there may be other things that have been corrupted.

The partial reset is usually caused by low battery or if you use up all the phone memory with ringtones, emails etc.

i do sync with outlook so i will get some back.

never realised that it would partially reset if the memory gets full.

whats the best way to do a full reset.
