Bluetooth headset problems

Sorry for bringing this up again, i know its been talked about problems around bluetooth a lot. I did a search, but dident find anything conserning the issues i have.

Issues experienced

* Sometimes the HS will just disconnect me after a few seconds in the call.

* When phone is in pocket and HS around my neck and someone calling i have on 2 occations heard a strange buzzing instead of ringing sound, like interferance or sumfing.

* When i dial someone and press the green dial button i sometimes dont get the dial tone or any ringing tone. If i look on my phone i can see that its ringing and that its off the hook (so to speak.) Then i try to hang up and call back again, but still no sound in the HS. If i wait for like 5-10 sec i usually can redail and get connected.

Has somebody experienced anything like this? Any tips?

I have the headset registered in my phone as a HS. Cant find anything wrong with how i have set up the phone with the HS. I have even returned one HS and gotten a new one, but still same problems. Except from the issues the HS works really great, but its driving me crazy that its not 100% working like i want it to. I have tried put the bluetooth on the phone in "ON" and "discovery" mode, but its all the same issues still.

Last thing that really buggs me to is that the joystick is losing color and i already changed the button once *grrrr*

Phone: Qtek 8010 alias C500 ect

S/W version on phone: Latest Scandinavian version

Headset: HBH-300 from SonyEricsson

Nobody but me having trouble with BT headset and the C500? :shock:

i dont think you're alone but it would appear that you are simply experiencing the joys of blutoof...

I dont have a c500 but the BT on my E200 has always been awful. I am now on my third handset (thanks Orange Care) and have tried a number of BT headsets. I just think that Microsoft and Blutooth dont seem good bedfellows...

I will be picking up a Magician variant in the next few weeks and i am not holding my breath there either!!!

My e200 wont pair with my Nokia Car kit, is a crackly nightmare with my JabraBT200 and trying a nokia h/s in a Carphone warehouse was no better so it's definetely the phone!!!

Damn that MS, i bet if they made the bluetooth application by them self then they would be more keen on having it working properly *sigh* ill say it again damn MS. I cant understand why it should be so hard using a BT headset with a mobile phone. I mean the phones are getting more and more advanced but the BT headset dont work with the basic functionality, talking *sob*

lol actually first time i showed my phone at work, my colleague ran to the store and bought one too ;)

3 things is sad about my phone

1. The BT with headsets

2. Joystick seems to lose fragments of color if used frequently

3. the sucky VGA cam

But still i luv my phone :D
