Guest gazelle Posted May 14, 2005 Report Posted May 14, 2005 i was wondering if there is a way to set up a playlist so that i can just listen to a few of the mp3s on my phone without having to play all 200+ mp3s currently on my mini sd card??
Guest dchester Posted May 14, 2005 Report Posted May 14, 2005 WMP does not know how to use the standard (M3U) playlist, but it does use the Microsoft format ASX playlists. Here is what a sample ASX file looks like. In this example, my songs are on the storage card, in a folder named MP3s ("\Storage Card\MP3s"). <asx version="3">
<ref href = "\Storage Card\MP3s\song1.mp3"/>

<ref href = "\Storage Card\MP3s\song2.mp3"/>

<ref href = "\Storage Card\MP3s\song3.mp3"/>

<ref href = "\Storage Card\MP3s\song4.mp3"/>
</asx> Here is the link to a free playlist manager that some people have found useful. http://www.airfagev.com/downloads1.asp?id=86 For this and other pieces of MPx220 trivia, see the website in my signature.
