Hi. Im not sure how to fix the homescreen bug on my mpx200 (2002)

Ive followed the guide and I am using PHM registry editor. I can navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/CLSID/2F930BF0-Then the rest reads-6FE9-4a53.

If this is the right file step 3 is to set this to default. Im not sure how to do that so if someone could explain please.Ive got values and menu options at the bottom of the screen but nothing I can find to set this key to default. Step 4 is an entry InprocSrver32 set this value to tpcutil.dll when I click on values it says Default. How do you change that to tpcutil.dll? If I go to new value I get String, Binary, DWORD, Multi-String and Expandable String or do you just rename it?
