I am currently have an mpx200. I am trying to sync up with my Outlook inbox via Activesync 3.6

However I have encounterd a problem.....

It constantly says that an has been unresolved item when trying to sync the inbox on my phone with that in outlook. But when i then click on the 'resolve' option in activesync nothing happens. In fact the only thing that it does is eventually tell me that my phone is diconnected - when it clearly is not???? I then have to reboot my pc before i can connect my phone again - otherwise activesync will no longer find my phone when its connected

I have checked all the folders in outlook on my pc and the folders on my phone but there is nothing in any of them. What is this mysterious item ??? How can i get rid of it?

Try removing the Activesync partnership and then create a new one.
