NEWBE Need Help Please

I just bought this unlocked mpx 200 like 2 days ago and I have a couple of problems, I was wondering if you could help me please:

1. I cant find the video conversion guide on your site, I want to learn how to convert them for my mpx 200

2. im using a t-mobile sim card with this phone. the phone works. I can call and receive calls, BUT the internet explorer I cant get to work. I have unlimited t-zones. I used to use on my n-gage all the time(worked fine), now i put in the sim card in the mpx and the net don’t work just says "website no found" or something like that

3. i want to setup my [email protected] email address so i could get my emails straight to my phone. but i don’t know how and also the phone says active sync is in charge of my e-mails.

4. when playing the lemonade game or in media player on the screen you can notice these lines. like for example you know when you point a video camera at a TV and you see those lines going across and up and down the screen. kind of like that, they are noticeable but not a pain... want to know if this is normal for the mpx 200
