Trying to Update With Passthrough

Guys I put wap & Internet set to passthrough in the data settings , I'm trying to update my antivirus, Trend Micro Mobile Security, when I try to update and press Start, it lags, then it says theres a problem with the network, check proxy settings etc. I'm using the SMT 5600..

also does anyone know why after I unplug my phone from the USB while connected with activesync, my phone freezes?!?!?! VERY BIG HASSEL..

Also, does anyone know of a good antivirus program thats always on and monitoring, like a PC based antivirus? THX!
