Changing Directories?

Is there a way to store and use Home Screens from the SD Card?

Also, with the IA Album program, can I set a directory to be the My Documents on my SD Card? I don't like how when you choose the 'Storage Card' option and it lists EVERY picture on the card (even the ones from games), and when I use the 'My Documents' one it is from the IPSM Folder.
