It's great to see applications like this coming out for Smartphone... I think as the platform matures we will see more of these 'power apps' coming over from the Pocket PC platform (and even the desktop)! Guest Alex_le_brit Posted May 17, 2005 Report Posted May 17, 2005 Paul, just a quick comment, when you post apps of the week would it be possible to put which OS it works on, with WinMob 5.0 out soon-ish we'll have 4 potential OS's out there, so it'd be good to know whether any app shown will work on the various OS's
Guest nickcornaglia Posted May 17, 2005 Report Posted May 17, 2005 Does this app sync with MSMoney/Quicken by itself? Or is it a manual effort? Lack of this functionality for anyone who uses either PC app to electronically pay bills makes the mobile application not a FULL replacement for the desktop app. I NEED THAT SYNCHRONIZATION! (I havn't licked a stamp or written out a check in a very long time...isn't that the way we are supposed to be progressing?) ;) I currently use SBH Finance on the PPC and it works great to keep my finances current. Lack of Smartphone apps with this kind of synchronization is one of the reasons that made me move back over to a PPCPE device. Now if you're not using an online bill payer service...this app looks very nice and feature rich.
