Some program is obviously trying to connect. What have you installed on the phone? When did this start? Did you install anything just before it started?

Well, when i checked the task manager, there is no application running.I solve the problem when i changed to a different sim card.I have 2 sim cards and 2 hp's ,so just swapped them and no issues. So,how can a sim card cause this problem? Is it the gprs setting?

Check with your operator - could the SIM be trying to register itself or download updates via GPRS?

I've seen this before -- there's an unsent message somewhere in the "Messaging" section. Check the outboxes for all account types -- if a message can't get thru the phone will just keep trying every few minutes, thus throwing up this error over & over.
