hi just bought a spv100 cant get it out of headset profile tried everything and can anyone tell me how i can get unlocked to use sim card thanks

The stuck in headset is a known problem and is normally hardware related. You can try a hard reset but other things to try is to poke the socket with a cocktail stick or to blow in the hole.

If you have just bought the phone and it came with the fault I would ask for a refund (unless you knew it had the fault)
