Guest AJCrowley Posted May 17, 2005 Report Posted May 17, 2005 a couple of times now, i've answered a call, and there's been no sound coming out of the speaker. i do a soft reset and everything's peachy. the only problem is i'ev only had the m2000 since saturday, and i don;t know what's causing the problem, only that a soft reset solves it, and i can;t be doing that all the time on the assumption that the next call won't work. is there something i'm doing wrong ? or am i going to need to contact orange care about this ?

I never use bluetooth and I never have this problem.

I am confused.
Guest AJCrowley Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 after a call to orange support i got a fault code, and swapped it out at the retail store, i suggest you do the same if you can, otherwise it's an orange care job.
