Can i decert with PAYG (no gprs)?

Hi, am trying to decert my old SPV which has a new PAYG Orange Sim. Used the site, and now every minute or so i get an 'Error unable to place call' message. How do i stop this - do i have to pay for some gprs?

I application decerted my C500 last week by sending an e-mail to orange developers with my mobile number, IMEI number and name and within 30 minutes I had an application sent to me to be installed on the C500 which allows you to swap between high, low or non application security. It works a treat!!

Depending how busy they are at the developers site it's best to try the OTA method before sending them an email.
