can anyone tell me how i install homescreens to my spv,looking in post but carnt find a noob friendly answer.

depends!!! if its a .cab or a .hme then put it in storagecard and open with smartexplorer or simular filexplorer program on spv then find the homescreen and click on it to install onrto your phone ;)

ps welcome to Modaco :P if you have no joy or its a different type then keep searching. there is an advice section on the site for noobs ;)

OPTION 1 : .cab

1. Active Sync your phone

2. Copy the xxx.cab from PC to device: IPSM>WINDOWS>START MENU>ACCESSORIES

3. From the device go to Programs>Accessories then run xxx.cab

4. Everything should then be fine.

OPTION 2: .hme

1. Active Sync your phone

2. Copy xxx.hme and/or associated files (eg. pictures) from PC to device: IPSM>APPLICATION DATA>HOME

3. From the device go to Programs>Settings>Home Screen>Home Screen Layout> <desired home>

4. Done
