Flashcard Software

A search hasn't led me to find a single generic flashcard program for the Smartphone.

It seems an ideal device for one too.

Anyone know of one that is available?

Would be great to take all those idle moments to study my vocabulary and such off my phone.

I'm looking for a software version that works on the Smartphone, preferably with image support (gif, jpg, etc)

By "Generic" I mean software where I can create my own material and cards and use it... not pre-built programs like some of the Language vocab ones that are available.

Seems like a big gaping software hole for one of the best devices I can imagine for it.

That is, unless my web searching skills stink really bad. =)

It may be helpful to know, if you're learning a language, that LingvoSoft (or was it SlovoEd?) dictionaries have an inbuilt flashcard system. I found it to be adequate but I'd rather use something a little more sophisticated as well.

In my case I'd like to be able to do multiple choice tests with the results being used to concentrate on the questions that are found to be more difficult. All this is possible in an archaic msdos programme I've got, so I'm waiting until a msdos emulator is finalised for smartphone.

All this may not be too much help if you're main aim is to use picture files as the flash cards.
