My backspace button ( <-- ) of my SPV C500 doesnt work anymore....

id already reset my phone but the problem is still there

Sounds like a hardware problem if you have already done a hard reset?

Or have you only done a reboot? Sounds like you may have to send it off for repair\rplacement on warranty.
