Guest viclee888 Posted May 18, 2005 Report Posted May 18, 2005 I have a Dopod 585 (by HTC, but not sure what "model" it really is?) and I love it. This forum has been great too, lots of useful information and programs. Problem: When I lock the keys on my phone (which I do quite often) and get an incoming call, the backlight does not light up. I assume it's because the key's are locked and it's not programmed to light the lcd. It's REALLY annoying. My solution(after much tinkering) has been to hit the power button once I have an incoming call. It lights up the screen so I can see who the heck is calling me. Is there a fix for this? Or is this something I have to live with... Also, where do I go about to learn how to remap hardkeys (buttons)? Or is that not possible....... Victor
Guest extravagant Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 I actually also noticed that, its really annoying.. can someone possibly help? also, the call iniate sound should be turned off in silent mode, what was MS thinking? Your in class and u try to make a quick call or something, last thing u want is that sound to go off!!
