Guest itsdpc Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 To clarify, when I place a call, occaisionally the person on the other end will not be able to hear me (although I can hear them perfectly). When I check the in-call menu, the MPx220 shows that it is not muted, however, my voice is not heard on the other end. To resolve this, I have to power the phone off and then power it back on. Please advise! Thanks. ~DPC Info about my phone: Cingular service, ROM 1.30 (which came installed on my phone from Cingular), also I haven't messed with any of my phone other than installing various software.
Guest Paraklas Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 Instead of hard reseting the phone etc, backup all your data and get the latest firmware 1.39 released by motorola/cingular a couple of days ago.

This seems to correct the problem.. however only for that call. Haven't used my phone enough to tell if the 1.39 rom helps out or not, but that is always worth a try also.

I looked on the Motorola site and it's still showing 1.30 as the latest version.
