I got a scandisk 1GB miniSD on ebay (US to UK) in three days total price £56.00

you can get 512mb mini sd cards from here http://www.cclonline.com/ .....the price is £27.86 and you also get a adapter with them.

I've seen searchin for a 1GB miniSD for a while now and I would say a reasonable price is around $80.00 (+ or - $5) US including shipping. I just dropped $85.00 US for one on eBay, I could've probably waited for a little bit lower price but I can't wait to get some full length movies up on my cell phone! ;)
