Error trying to upgrade SPV E200

Hello,

I've been trying to do the RUU_v2.62_OrangeUK_2.7.1.1_Ship firmware upgrade on my SPV E200.

When I run the exe, it appears to check the phone - in fact the screen light comes on, goes off after a bit, comes on again etc etc..... then the installer displays a message saying that it can't connect to my phone - error 100 (or 101).

I can't seem to get beyond this point.

Anyone encountered this?
