Voice Mail Quick Key reverts to 999 on c500 in UK

:oops: Can anyone help here? Rather emabarrasingly my c500 keeps loosing it's Voice Mail quick key setting and reverting to 999. So when I press & hold 1 rather that my Voice Mail I am asked for which emergency service I require.... Quite funny the first time now it is causing me some real concern..

Has anyone else experienced this problem on an Unlocked C500 on the O2 network:?:

Go to:-

Settings/Phone/Call Options

And Set Your Voice mail number in there.

also could you edit your topic title as it says C550 not C500 ;)

Maybe on the C550 its preprogrammed to emergency services to report stolen pre-production phones! ;)
