bluetooth hardware not installed

hello everybody!

i'm new here so pls. bear with me.

i just purchased a new (actually second-hand) Voyager Smart Amazing Phone 2.Its running on Windows MObile 2003 and i'm stumped on the bluetooth.

As i was trying to turn the bluetooth to discoverable or on mode, i got the error message "No Bluetooth hardware is installed in this device."

I dont know how did that happen coz the phone was never opened.

Help me please!!!!

This is the 1st time i'm gonna be using a smartphone so its very complicated for me.

And is there a free software to unlock my phone from its mother network?
