Was the EU Rom 1.150 ever released as a ROM-file or just pre-installed in phones...? Does anyone know where I could get a hold of it if it's out?

Bonus question...: Could anyone confirm that Swedish is available in that ROM?

Don't know if it was ever released as a ROM file and the languages available on my MPx220 are: Turkish, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German, French, US English and UK English
