File Editing WM2002

Hi.

I've been trying to copy a .dll file from the \windows directory as I would like to edit it then copy it back. It won't allow me to do it and gives me an error which says: - "Cannot move file 't9englis.dll'. Access denied. Press 'Yes' to continue." I was using Resco Explorer whne I got this message. I cannot do it through ActiveSyncs explorer either.

Any ideas how I can get round this?
