Tool Update HELP

i try to update my Rom....but in the last step....the setup turn it to freze....if any1 can help me...thanks

Do you get any errors about the USB device malfunctioning in Windows XP tray?

No....after the progres bar is complite...a messege say (the update take more time.....as normaly take........that mind the update is fail.....plaese cancel.....i wait for 10 min....and i cancel i try again...and is the same

i'm frustrated....

i have the ROM 0.325.0.0

that mind frustrated...............

The first image says "If it appears to be updating, then it is likely that everything is OK and you can dismiss this warning message"....

Is it not an answer to your problem?

It's your XP/USB driver malfunctioning. I had the same problem it says "Start flash downloader" and then it stays like that for ever until it times out.

I would reccomend using it in another PC and freshly installing USB Driver and Active sync.

Personally what I did, when I got the "Start flash downloader" message, after one minute, I unplugged and re-plugged the phone 2-3 times and that seemed to fix the problem and upgrading completed successfully - although I do not reccomend unplugging the phone while updating it and I can't take any responsibility for any damage that may occur.
