I have an Motorola MPX200, and I need some more space...

I think about 512 MB MMC, but what do you think is better:

- MMC

- SD

What's the best different between this two?

I would go for an SD Card. But if you are planning to get for example an MPx220 / C500 device, you might consider a mini-SD card. With the use of an adaptr, you can plug the card on devices using the regular SD/MMC. ;)
