help on gsm data connection and data sharing

Help I need to establish a GSM (9600) connection with a GSM device and share the real time data received with an application using com port or a virtual com port.

If I am reading correctly, you want to use another handset as a modem with your ppc handheld is that correct?

i have a xda 2 o2s device (pocket pc phone edition), i need to manage gsm data connection using the internal gsm device,

for communicate with a gsm modem that acquire and send me GPS and weather climatic data.

for use this data I need to read and show the data from the XDA's (GSM data) com port

now I do this with a notebook and I hope to do this with my XDA.
