Home Skins with no cab or. hme - only setup.xml?

I have downloaded some home skins for my phone (Spv c500) from this site, like the Homer_jay one, for example, that are just a list of files compressed in a .rar files- of filetype "file 003", file "004" etc with a _setup.xml?

How do install these themes on my phone?
