Bluetooth Headset problem

Hi

I have a T-Mobile MDA Compact which I use with a Siemens HHB-610 headset.

It works fine for outgoing calls but it does not work for incoming calls.

I use it mainly in my car and whenever someone calls me (once I have turned on bluetooth and the headset shows as connected) I can answer the call on the phone but it does not connect to the headset. If I turn off the headset and turn it on again, it reconnects and it works okay. Obviously this is useless when in the car.

If I connect the phone and then make a call myself it works fine.

Any ideas?
