Can't download photo from phone to desktop

I was sent a photo by MMS. I tried to copy it to my desktop and it won't allow me to do so.

I get a message saying

Cannot copy Access is denied.

Make sure your mobile device has sufficient memory, that the file is not set as read only, and that you have permission to copy this file type.

When i look at the properties for this file the only difference between this one and files that i can copy is that on the properties screen "system" is ticked.

What can i do to copy it to my pc?

Welcome to the forum ;)

The problem is probably caused by the fact that the photo is still 'open' in the Media Album application.

If you reboot your phone first it should release it for transfer.
