Guest TheDiggia Posted May 22, 2005 Report Posted May 22, 2005 (edited) HI! I've just installed Dictanet Mobile on my i-mate sp3,but when I try to run it it says me : "Wrong operating system! Handy Recorder needs a SmartPhone 2003 to run" But I have WinMobile 2003 SE in my phone  Edited May 22, 2005 by TheDiggia
Guest Confucious Posted May 23, 2005 Report Posted May 23, 2005 Reading the title of your post my first thought was that you've obviously downloaded the PPC version - but the error message would sugest otherwise! Maybe it doesn't support SE (Very strange if it doesn't) - Have you tried contacting their customer support?
Guest Alex_le_brit Posted May 23, 2005 Report Posted May 23, 2005 If you look HERE you'll read that a bunch of us have tried this, and that it doesn't support Win2003SE only SP2002 and Win2003. And if you look HERE you'll see that the makers say it only supports SP2002 and Win2003 OSes not Win2003SE. Sorry. You could try e-mailing them, if enough people do perhaps they'll re-engineer it to suit.
Guest TheDiggia Posted May 23, 2005 Report Posted May 23, 2005 Thanks guys for your replies. So it doesn't support SE... ;) I'll write to the customer support. Thanks, bye! ;)

Guest TheDiggia Posted May 28, 2005 Report Posted May 28, 2005 @ mastah So Dictanet works with your phone.... With my phone I can't start the program
Guest johncody Posted May 28, 2005 Report Posted May 28, 2005 My Voice Notes/Recorder app John Cody's Vnotes works on all three OS versions (2002,2003,2003SE), and has a ton more of features: http://www.omnisoft.com/vnotes/default.asp Starting at just $11.95 (from my website directly) ...just in case you wanted some additional options ;)
