Raw Sms sending software

I want to write a little app for smartphone that permits to send raw sms.

Advantages are many: server scheduling (you send sms at 4am and it arrives at 6am, when phone is turned off) or selectable sender number.

The app must do this operations:

-call the smsc

-start a vt100 terminal communication

-send the message in sms code

maybe contact support would be great

Unfortunately, I'm a lousy programmer ;)

I got evc++ only 2 weeks ago and I don't know quite nothing of smartphone programming.

Who wants to co-developing this app with me?
