argh! C500 all contacts vanished

Ok... someone please help!

I've just reinstalled my computer and put active sync on it. I connected up my phone and it gave me all the options to set up a partnership.

I think i selected the wrong option, anyhow now all my contacts have been removed!

Does anyone know what i've done and is there a way to retrieve them?

If the contacts were not on the PC and you have now synced using the option to replace contacts on the phone with those from the PC they will unfortunately be lost and can not be recovered.
