Guest awarner [MVP] Posted May 24, 2005 Report Posted May 24, 2005 What make of card is it, and was it new? Normally you will get this message if the phone does not recognise the file format, one way to fix this is to use Task Manager from www.binarys.com to format the card and then try putting the files back on it again. The only cards I know can cause problems on the MPX200 are made by Kingmax.

Some programs LOCK the card's contents with some low level encryption (they say in the interests of copyright protection). If you used Explorer to put the information on the card to begin with, try copying the information BACK off the card, and then reformat the card using FAT compression.

I have found the quality and write speed to be poor. The cards corrupt occasionally too. (consequent suggestion - have you tried restarting the phone?)
