My old man's XDAII

My dad went away for a long weekend and forgot to take his charger for his XDAII with him. As expected the battery ran out of jucie after four days, but what wasn't expected was that the PDA also appers to have 'Hard Reset' :shock: itself on being recharged and all photos, music and other datahe had has disapeared.

Has anyone else had this happen to them or does anyone know of a way to get the information back, and no it was not stored on the SD card only internal memory.

Once the back-up battery goes there's no way back.

It's the most important thing to remember with PPCs. He should have used the pre-installed software to back up to the storage card.
