Can't play MP3/AVI on my C500

Please help me. I'm trying to play mp3/wma on my phone, but they don't work. I've tried different s/ware like PVplayer, mini lyrics magic (amazing features), pocket music, simple tunes and, of course, WMP, but they don't work!!

They also don't work as a ring tone (mp3 I mean).

What's wrong?¿

MP3's don't work as ringtones but WMA's should.

Have you tried playing them using Betaplayer 0.5 ?

What do you mean "they don't work" all of them should play mp3's and WMA files - what happens when you try? Do you have the volume turned down (use volume buttons on side of phone)

mp3s won't work as ringtones until Orange release a ROM with wmp10 so concert them to wma.

I've tryed betaplayer and it works!.

But it's the only player working now. WMP, pvsplayer, simpletunes... they don't work.

What happens, for example in WMP, is when I run it, there's only one file in the playlist, windowsmedia.asf. I try to open mp3 with file manager and choosing open with... but it doesn't open.

And it happends the same with others.

I dont think youve stored the mp3/wma/avi in the correct location on the phone. Make sure all the files are in either strorage/my documents or storage card/my documents

Windows media should play mp3/wma/avi as default
