Screen On MPX 200

Anyone having this problem...when i open games, media player, beta player, or put a new homescreen the screen seems to get darker like if the contrast had just been turned down or somthing. Also when watching movies or listening to music you can notice these lines across the screen like... when you look at certain tvs with a camcorder you can see those lines on the camcorder screen its just like that except lighter. When i play spv man the top of the screen is fine but as you move towards the bottom of the screen it gets darker. WHAT IS THIS? WHAT CAN I DO? DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?
