SPV e200 ANOTHER PROBLEM

Ok i have an SPV e200 and what keeps on happening is when I press the back button it keeps on pressing it by itself.. and I have to press up or something to stop it from happening.. this is really annoying and it has also passed on to the 4 key and the same happens to that and I caant even type messages.. Ive tried to change the rom.. done hard resets.. when U hold the off and camera button then press middle button and then choose number 8. Ive done soo much but for some reason I still cant fix it :S.. Will I have to open the phone and sort the butons out like that? or
