Guest lowbug Posted May 26, 2005 Report Posted May 26, 2005 :D Oh Dear.. I regularly vist companies and all i hear is people complaining about the orange signal. I one company who has 45 people they are now with O2. Another had 25 people all gone to vodaphone, our company struggles when using a phone cross country. Was it going on? I spoke to Orange today the best they could do is offer a handset test... DOH! It's not my handset if a few people are leaving the network.. I'm trying to help you! The whole of the south west has dropped a few bars? If the Orange engineers are reading this sort it out before you lose your jobs! ;) Anyone else on here notice the issue? I have notice the 3G Orange is better though? Weird!
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted May 26, 2005 Report Posted May 26, 2005 I've always had reception problems where I am on Orange and other networks ;) Orange should be able to tell you if there is any transmitter work going on in your area.

Every time i asked why and the main reason was they had noticed a signal drop on all phone on all transmitters. For example Lorry drivers in one company complained the phone were not getting signal and the office couldn't contact them as easily. Thats 45 Drivers! So Orange has this week lost a contract with 50+ phones. Generally the network has got worse. It's a shame because Orange are quite a good company IMHO. Strange? ;)
