Guest Gotoknow Posted May 26, 2005 Report Posted May 26, 2005 I'm having difficulty synchronizing the new phone with my PC running XP. After I downloaded MS Outlook 2000 and MS ActiveSync from the provided software CD, I received an error message that stated it was unable to sync with certain programs. Now the CD is not even being recognized when replaced into the CD tray. I've tried unistalling, which worked, but now can not reinstall. It seems Outlook wasn't properly installed. Unfortunately, the users manual is also on the same CD which will no longer load. Any advise is appreciated John
Guest Confucious Posted May 27, 2005 Report Posted May 27, 2005 Sounds like a problem with your PC if it can't read the CD! Outlook 2000! the C500 comes with the old 2002 version but 2000 is prehistoric!
