I'm having difficulty synchronizing the new phone with my PC running XP. After I downloaded MS Outlook 2000 and MS ActiveSync from the provided software CD, I received an error message that stated it was unable to sync with certain programs. Now the CD is not even being recognized when replaced into the CD tray. I've tried unistalling, which worked, but now can not reinstall. It seems Outlook wasn't properly installed. Unfortunately, the users manual is also on the same CD which will no longer load. Any advice is appreciated

Must be the computer dood. Syncing works perfectly and has since I've had the phone..
