Guest quanta Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 I had experienced a same problem with by Bluetooth in SPV E200. I resolved this problem my using "CLEAR STORAGE" option in E200. I don't know that, whether this option is still available in C500.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 It is, With the E200 and C500 phones ther are two things to do when you want to do a hard reset. Fist off is as mentioned above, go to Accessories and the Clear Storage app will be there. This will wipe the storage on the phone but it's then still best to do the "proper" hard reset. It appears that both methods do very slightly different things and if needed oth methods should be applied.
