Guest Sherbet66 Posted May 29, 2005 Report Posted May 29, 2005 I've posted earlier that i was a little annoyed that programs installed onto the root of the SD card leaving it cluttered with folders. I have a workaround program which allows .cab files to be neatly filed away in a specified folder, all very good and well however approx 85% of my programs are .exe leaving me with no choice but to either clutter the SD card or use precious RAM. I thought that I could install the programs onto my SD card and then try and make the resulting folder that are bugging me hidden (I know there are hidden system folders and files on there already), I’ve tried copying them to the pc and making them hidden and copying them back but as yet have had no luck, despite being “hidden” they stubbornly remain in view. Anyone have any idea if this can be done or am I barking up the wrong tree?
