unable to format mini sd

my minisd card tells me there is only 200mb free, while there only is 20mb data on it ( it is a 512mb card)

so i tought let's format it.

i haven't got a cardreader,so i tried with binarys task manager, but it gives me a error that i cannot format the card.

is there someone who can help me formatting my minisd card?

take a picture and save it to the card then delete everything off manually then try and format it. It sounds like there is a corrupt file on there so changing the structure by saving files then deleting them shoud resolve the problem ;)
