HELP: PocketMac Smartphone SP CRASHes MAC!

I just bought Pocketmac SP for my girl friend, so she could sync her contacts and Itunes music with an t-mobile SDA (which is a Typhoon).

The installation happened as described in the manual, then it asekd to reboot. I clicked again, but after the reset the Powerbook G4 refused to boot again.

During boot procedure it stops with lots of text lines.. saying "..could not find driver for Powerbook '5,6'..." and "Panic: We are ahnnging here!"

The only way out was to reinstall the whole Powerbook.

I do not have to admit that this did not made my girlfriend happy at all. !!!!

Obviously she is very scared to give this software a second try. What went wrong..

Is anybody here usinf this software and has some experience to share!?!?

Hi, I had exactly the same problem with pocketmac. It is a piece of crap software. Their technical support sucks big time. I suggest you wait for MissingSync for SP by markspace.com. Good luck.
