Copying ddl files from ROM on mpx220

Hi there,

Before upgrading to the 1.43 new rom version I wanted to make sure that some dll files required by the smartphone for my provider (eg a homezoneplug.dll to notify if you are in a specific home area or within a certain city so you can make cheap calls ) are also availiable on the upgraded phone. When I was trying to copy the specific dll or exe using the phone explorer to the mini SD card from the phone it says Files cannot be copied Access Denied. Through active sync the files are not even shown through program manager. Does anyone know if there is a program or a registry hack to allow me to copy these files.

Hi All,

I need this too, but still can't find answer ;) This is possible (or maybe possible make just full ROM backup ? Currently I find tool for only write new firmware to phone - but not backup current ROM)

Go into File Explorer on the phone, and check the properties for the file you are trying to copy. If the attributes "Read only", "System", or "Hidden" are set, then turn them off, then try to copy it.

Can anybody help me ? I can kill some processes (which block some DLL), but I can't kill _all_ process ;) How I can make this stupid simple ROM IMAGE ? :cry: :cry: :cry:
