HELP ! Can't install .CAB Homescreens

I think that my SPV e200 is "application unlocked", because I've already installed every kind of software, plugin, etc. etc.

But... I have problems with every Homescreen downloaded from MODACO, if it is in the "CAB" version: I copy the CAB on my phone, then launch it, and I always get a message in italian that say "You don't have sufficient rights to install" or something like that.

This happens only with CAB homescreens; HME works fine, and also XML+JPG homescreens, copied in the right directory, works fine.

What can I do with these CABs ?? I NEED THAT FANTASTIC SIMPSON'S HOMESCREEN !!!

From what you've said, it would seem that your handset isn't unlocked. It wouldn't be unlocked unless you specifically went to http://www.orangepartner.com/ - registered, and then got it unlocked through there.

So when there are just a bunch of files and an xml file, what do you do with them?

Thats been buggin me for a while, i've only recently been doin stuff with my c500.

Sounds like you may have unpacked a cab file.
