Guest GeKID Posted May 31, 2005 Report Posted May 31, 2005 I found a bug in SPV phones i had SPV E100, SPV E200 and SPV C500 and all these phones has this bug. When you set regional settings to: Language - UK English and Locale - Latvian Date and Time settings will not open "Error - The settings could not be opened." Is there some workaround or it will be fixed in future? Anyone?

Guest GeKID Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 i contacted orange team about this, at least i got some feedback "I have escalated the issue to the appropriate people and it has been added to the bug list. Whilst i cannot guarantee it will be fixed infuture releases, i'm sure they will take your comments into consideration and do their best to fix it."
Guest Confucious Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 Are you sure its not just because you are using the "." as a seperator eg 01.01.05? this is a known bug in all languages
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 More than likely, unfortunately this bug has never been fixed since the first SPV was released. It's more an MS isuse than one Orange can fix.

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 It's only been in about the last year that the link was found between Date and Time and the "." seperator. Hopefully this will be sorted sooner rather than later.
