two options:

a: pay about 40usd on ebay for unlocking

b: have a friend with t-moble (been activated for 90+ days) and give them your hp 6315 imei number and ask them to call TM customer service (tell TM you are goin out of country China, Tw) and in about 5 days they will call you and let you know the phone is unlock..
