Orange looking after contract customers?

Not sure if this is part of Orange starting to look after their current customers on contracts, but i had a call today from OCS.

Not sure if this is jut because i am a business customer, or whether they will do it for everyone, or just people who have a high ARPU.

They've given me free line rental for the next 6 months (I'm on talk 200)

My situation is most of the year I am travelling and not in the UK, for a month in Europey countries my bill will be around £150 a month, for Americas, more like £30, or the odd month i am in UK, it'll be £60.

Obviously as I am not in UK, I can't really use any of my inclusive minutes, so this offer makes sense. I tried to push them to give me something better - ie. some kind of special rate on international calls, but alas no.

I run 3 other lines on my account (small business) 1 3G data card (£10pm) and 2 talk 120s which are for my dad's business.

If anyone is also a high user in this kinda way, then you may be getting a call too!!!
